Milind is the Managing Director of India Medtronic Pvt Ltd and is responsible for the entire operations and the company's expansion and growth in South Asia. An MBA from IIM, Kolkata and B.Tech from IIT, Delhi; he joined Medtronic in October 2004.

Milind joined the company from the Henkel Group where he held a similar position for almost 7-8 years. Under his leadership Henkel Loctite (India) achieved substantial growth in both revenue and profitability, making his organization one of the fastest growing subsidiaries of the Corporation. During his tenure at Henkel, Milind played a significant leadership role in developing a symbiotic commitment and focus for the group ' s Thailand operation s . He held varied executive positions with other large corporations prior to Henkel such as 3M, Electro & Telecom Group and NOCIL (National Organic Chemical Industries Ltd).
